We have an online reservation facility that makes the booking, reservation and transfer of villa rental payments, simple and fast.

Our Arrival Service

We Will Greet You at the Airport and Transfer You to Your Vacation Villa
One of our Guest Services Representatives will meet you at the airport in Bali. You will be driven in a private air-conditioned car to your Villa.

OUR ON-ISLAND SERVICES

We Will Give You a Villa Orientaton and Welcome
At your villa, your Guest Services Rep will introduce you to your cook and maid, give you a tour of your Villa, explain any villa procedures and systems that you need to know, assist you to plan with the cook your meal requirements, and do everything necessary to help you settle in comfortably.

We Will Give You A Welcome Pack
You will also receive a Bali Vacation Villas Pack, consisting of a complimentary bottle of wine, flowers, a basic food pack to get you started, as well as CD Music.

We Will Be Available To Assist You At Nay Time
Our Reservation & Guest Relations Centre is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year. We will provide you at your villa orientation with both our office numbers and an on-call after-hours emergency number of our on-duty manager, so you can always be in contact with us.

Post Holiday Service

We Will Drive You To The Airport To Catch Your Return Flight
Your Guest Service Rep will confirm your return flight arrangements with your airline office here in Bali, and arrange a time for your car to transfer you to the airport.

You Will Receive Generous Discounts and Offers
