About the Villa

Villa “Sky House” is a part of new estate complex. We still have construction work in another villas but no noise from construction yard will disturb when you’re inside as the villa is located in the main entrance. But you can see construction yard from the parking area. To compensate your inconvenience we provide very discounted rates for the period of soft opening and you can relax and enjoy your life in luxury villa with modern facilities.

Unparalleled views from each bedroom, dining area and roof-top “Sky Lounge”. Each morning and all day you will enjoy 270 degrees panoramic views over central Bali, airport, ocean, Benoa harbor and distant Bali volcanoes. View changes in the evening when surroundings will be filled in by millions of lights. Want something mystique? The Giant head of Wisnu statue is on the left hand side from you master bedroom.

The villa size is 450 sq. m. in 2 levels. Open living room with dining area, open style kitchen and pool deck is on the ground floor. Sliding doors lead to the swimming pool which is 10 meters long and up to 2 meters deep.

Bedrooms Configuration and Facilities

Sky House Bali Villa offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 ensuites bathrooms.

The master bedroom with en-suite wardrobe and bathroom is located upstairs as well as family room for 4 people with shared bathroom and balcony. A separate office with panoramic glasses in the master area will warm up your creativity in a relaxing atmosphere.

All bedrooms are equipped with king size and extra king size beds with “King Koil” luxury mattresses and 100% cotton linen. You will find bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers and safety deposit boxes in the wardrobes.

Service and Facilities

Upstairs, on the roof, there is a 90 sq.m. open terrace with a nice lounge area for evening cocktails or all-day long sunbathing.

Villa is fully equipped with modern facilities like LCD-screen Toshiba TVs with Pioneer home cinema systems. Satellite TV channels are available in the living room and master bedroom. Wi-Fi unlimited internet access is compliment for villa guests. Open style kitchen equipped with microwave oven, gas stove, toaster, blender, oven, dishwasher and 2-door refrigerator with an ice-maker.

Car and driver is available during your stay for 10 hours consecutively. Any visit to tourism spots can be discussed earlier with your butler.

Rates

This modern residence villa is available at rate of US$475/night max 6 person during normal season, and US$650 during high season from July 1st to August 31st, from December 20th. to January 5th, during Easter and Chinese New Year weeks. All rates are nett including car and driver. Miminum stay is 7 nights.
